The intern will contribute to ongoing internal activities at the EMC Israel COE (Center of Excellence) and at RSA Israel to give multiple teams the capacity to focus on core project and functional activities.
-Edit, design and publish the company’s quarterly internal newsletter
-Provide communications support for the RSA Israel Culture Club by preparing creative in-house publicity materials and invitations around events, photographing events, creating a page on InsideEMC (intranet) to capture event highlights, feedback, and ideas
-Assist in the establishment of a future EMC Women’s Forum Israel chapter, in close collaboration with the founding member, by producing internal communications to recruit members of the organizing committee and researching the global WLF processes and potential events, speakers, forums, delivery methods, and venues
-Provide logistical and promotional assistance for the bi-annual RSA Hackathon at the EMC COE
-Support processes and deliveries related to SecurCare Online publication
-Provide editorial assistance to FRI RSA Technical Publications
-Experience working in a large organization with multiple stakeholders and teams
-Writing experience, preferably in a technical area, and ability to self-edit
-Design and graphics experience
-Passion to get involved and make the most of every opportunity
-Creative and detail oriented
-Ability to collaborate openly and provide quick turn-around on action items
-Ability to multi-task
-Native English speaker with good conversational Hebrew – reading/writing skills an advantage.
