The David InterContinental Tel Aviv Hotel is a luxury global brand, part of the IHG Company, dedicated to high quality services of 100% of our visiting domestic and international guests.
The intern will engage in company training of new staff, providing support to the Training and Organizational Development Manager. Duties will include managing new employees who are starting hotel programs, updating the hotel training database, creating and assigning courses for new users, creating training materials, and delivering 10 minute training in different topics.
Eligible interns must have strong English language communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to focus on the details. A successful intern in this position must have the ability to work in a team environment and equally working alone.
