IBM STG (System Technology Group) in Israel is looking for an outstanding Hardware Verification Design Engineer.
The intern will work with technology that serves as the backbone of IBM’s processors development effort, including embedded processors, servers and super computers. As the complexities of processors grow, new technological developments and innovations are required. Therefore, the intern will work with IBM’s local and global verification teams to improve existing technologies and to create new, advanced state-of-the-art designs.
The intern will be responsible for:
-Planning and Executing tests in a large scale verification environment
-Customizing parts of the existing verification environment through C++ and .script language coding
-Excellent technical capabilities, understanding of complex technical challenges
-Excellent people and communication skills
-Motivated, self-directed, and independent worker
-College graduate or experienced engineer with more than 3 years of experience
-2 years or more of experience in VLSI verification
-Understanding of computer architectures
-Knowledge and/or experience in object-oriented programming (C++)
-Knowledge in communication, IO, memory, and processors
-Familiarity with verification methodology
