The intern will be a valuable part of the Guest Relations Team, reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, engaging in high-level customer care activities, taking care of VIP guests, handling guest complaints, and interviewing guests to make sure they are satisfied with their stay.
Eligible interns must have strong English language communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to focus on the details. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus! Prior relevant work experience is also a plus. A successful intern in this position must have the ability to work in a team environment and equally working alone.
