The Customer Success and Quality Assurance intern will work with Any.do’s Development and Product teams to bridge the gaps between the two departments, solving issues from quality assurance and customer feedback.
– Create projects to improve customer outreach and internal organization
– Analyze current processes, statistics and methodology to enhance efficiency
– Report and follow up with software issues
