IBM Software Group (SWG) is seeking a consumer support team member.
The intern will:
-Learn everything about a #1 security product in its market
-Give technical support to the customers installing the product
-Troubleshoot problems in the security software world and help prevent financial fraud
-Native fluent English speakers – a must
-Experience in system/IT/any technical unit
-Good technical approach
-Problem-solving skills are required along with the ability to work independently
-Good writing and communication skills, orderly, responsible
-Willing to work nights and weekends
-High School Diploma/GED
-Fluent in English
