Several months later, the COE opened a strategic R&D branch in Be’er Sheva, and became the first multinational company in Israel with presence in the Negev, and in the past year opened yet another center in the northern city of Haifa. International Social Services:

-Use preliminary sketches, California zoning codes, and slope contour maps to conduct a topographic survey with a slope analysis
-Develop plans, elevations, and sections according to sketches as well as additional preliminary documents
-Work in coordination with the firm’s lead architect and visualization artist in order to create 3D renderings for two luxury homes in the Alta Mesa Valley

Qualifications:
-Understanding of construction documents
-Prior experience using AutoCAD

Dan and Hila Israelevitz’ architecture office was established in 1997; throughout the years we have completed numerous projects of various categories, such as saturated construction, private construction, public construction and internal design. Our main specialization is construction of luxurious private houses.

Oil Spill Reclamation Internship, Center for Hyper-Arid Socio-Ecology (CHASE) – Arava Institute for Environmental Studies - Provided by Arava Institute  

alt="arava institute"The Oil Spill Reclamation Intern will work under the supervision of Dr. Elli Groner, Director of the Center for Hyper-Arid Socio-Ecology (CHASE).

The intern will be responsible for:
-Monitoring the impact of the oil spill on the Evrona ecosystem including: Acacia physiology, soil characteristics, plant biodiversity, animal behavior and flood behavior
-Monitoring the alternative treatment pilots
-Assisting in publicity projects.
-Helping to design a reclamation plan.
-Working with volunteers

Qualifications
-Background in environmental science, environmental studies, sociology, policy or conservation
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Affinity for outdoor work
-Computer and MS Office proficient
-Pleasant and personable, hardworking, efficient, able to work under pressure and for long hours
-Ability to work independently

The Center for Hyper-Arid Socio-Ecology (CHASE), directed by Dr. Elli Groner, is dedicated to the study of the natural ecosystems in the Arava valley and the interaction between those ecosystems and the region’s people.CHASE brings together Jordanian and Israeli researchers to map the biodiversity of the region, in order to better protect natural resources while enabling sustainable human development in the region.
